About AccelerAIze

Practical AI for businesses that don't have an AI department

AccelerAIze, LLC is a remote AI consulting and implementation firm for small and midsize businesses across the United States. We help owners and leadership teams choose where AI is worth applying, prepare their people to use it, and build workflows that last.

What we believe

Adoption beats automation

Most AI projects fail on people, not technology. A workflow nobody uses isn't a win, so every engagement includes training and a plan for getting the work adopted.

Start from what you have

Your SOPs, handbooks, CRM records and the tools you already pay for are the starting point. We add new software only when it earns its place.

Measure, don't promise

We set a baseline before we change anything and report against it. We won't quote savings we haven't measured in your business.

Our method

Every engagement follows the same five steps

  1. Assess

Interview the people who do the work. Inventory workflows, tools and data.

  2. Prioritize

Score each opportunity on value, effort and risk. Record the baseline.

  3. Enable

Train by role, write the playbook, and agree on safe-use rules.

  4. Implement

Build in tools you own, test with real cases, and document the handoff.

  5. Measure

Track adoption and results for 30–60 days. Keep, fix or stop.

Data and safe use

How we handle your information

AI tools are only as safe as the rules around them. These commitments apply to every engagement.

  • Confidential or customer data goes into an AI tool only with your written approval.
  • We recommend business-grade accounts that your company owns and controls.
  • A short AI acceptable-use policy is put in place early in every engagement.
  • A person reviews anything customer-facing, financial or legal before it goes out.
  • A mutual NDA is available before we begin.
