Privacy Policy

AccelerAIze, LLC ("AccelerAIze," "we," "us") is a Nevada limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect on acceleraize.com, including through the free AI Opportunity Assessment, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Forms you submit. Your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us (company, phone, team size, role, message) when you use the contact form, unlock your playbook or request a call.
• AI Opportunity Assessment. Your answers and the results they produce. Answers are processed in your browser and kept in session storage on your device until you close the tab. They are sent to us only if you unlock your full playbook or request a call. The assessment asks which general categories of sensitive information your business handles (for example, "payment details"); it never asks for the information itself.
• Anonymous usage counts. If enabled, the assessment records anonymous events (started, completed) without names, emails or answers, so we can see how many people finish it.
• Site analytics and hosting logs. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views without cookies, and our host records IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare and send your playbook, and schedule calls.
• To understand which services may fit your business, and to improve the assessment.
• To send follow-up email about your results only if you ask for it or opt in. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

We use Formspree (form processing), Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and cookie-free analytics), Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Workspace (lead records and email, if enabled), and a scheduling tool if you book a call. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Please don't enter confidential information

The assessment and forms ask about your business in general terms. Don't enter client data, trade secrets, passwords, payment details or personal information about other people in any field.

Retention and your choices

We keep form and assessment submissions as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, through the Contact page.

Children

This site is for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
