Founding-client rates: reduced rates are available to our first five clients in exchange for permission to publish a case study. The Sprint fee is credited in full if you start AI Enablement or AI Implementation Partner within 30 days.

Pricing questions
Why aren't your plans priced by the hour?
Hours reward slow work. Each plan lists the deliverables you receive every month, so you can judge value by what you get. If you need something outside your plan, we quote it first, at $225 an hour or as a fixed-fee change order.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short services agreement covering confidentiality, data handling and how scope works. Monthly plans have a 3-month initial term, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice.
What isn't included?
Software and AI tool subscriptions, third-party developer work, large data clean-ups or migrations, travel, and legal, tax or compliance advice. We'll tell you about any of these before they come up.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move up a plan at the start of any month, and move down after the initial term.
I used to see an "AI Coach" plan. What happened to it?
AI Coach has been replaced by the three plans above, which are built around outcomes instead of a bank of hours. If you have questions about an earlier conversation, get in touch.
